Upper Michigan Deer Hunting Farm
Macaulay's farm is comprised of 1,200 acres and is also available during the regular Michigan Deer Hunting Season, Rifle and Muzzleloading. Cost: $400/per week for baited ground blinds. Please call or email for more details and reservations. The Macaulay's farm with land that consists of: hardwoods, cedar swamps and farm fields. This is a prime opportunity to hunt in a perfect Upper Michigan environment that echoes our natural surrounds and deer habitat.

Privacy, Lodging, 520 Acres, & Great Results
There are 520 acres in the property, with a rustic log cabin (that comes with the deer hunting package) and sleeps up to 6 people. Groups of six hunters or less are preferred, using either firearms or bow and arrow, with only one group hunting at a time. Hunts include four days and nights. Photo to left is a big whitetail deer that weighed in at 220lbs dressed!
Important Note: There is no license required to deer hunt on our private property.

"Max - This was the night to be hunting. It was all I could do to not pull the trigger again. I saw 4 bucks tonight, a 7pt., 2 - 8pts., and a 9pt. Three of the bucks were in the field at the same time. They were all in long enough to get a good look at each. I was able to take a few pictures as well. The 9 pt. could be a ten with a broken tine on the left side. One of the 8 pt.s is a nicer buck than I shot, he was traveling alone. Again, none of the deer showed up until 4:45pm. The 7, 8, and 9 all came in together following a doe. I'm sure she was in estrus as they were all chasing her and posturing with each other. Once again, I had a great time. You have a very nice set-up here."

We only have one group on the hunting property at a time. This will make your adventure very private, exciting, and one that you will cherish for a lifetime!
Hunters who stay at our Upper Michigan Rental Cabin during their hunt are responsible for bringing their own food and beverages. Our rustic log cabin rental also has running hot and cold water along with a shower.
